Sui/Han dominance for pairs, can't complain about that. And since squirtle's elegant, ethereal, enchanting dress got acknowledged all is well :agree2:

ETA: I agree with about 80% of the winners overall

It seems GS members haven't lost their minds after all... lol
(meaning I agree with 95% of the winners)

My only favourite Gille/Poirer and their program Vincent won as many awards as I voted! So I am happy for them!

It would have been a crime against fashion if it hadn't, that dress may well be the most beautiful this entire decade and she looked like an angel in it  I am really looking forward to seeing what she and the other Koreans girls grace us with this year.

Mind you, I can't help giggling that in spite of the criticism of Yuzu's taste for sparkles and spangles, his gorgeous Origin black outpolled every other costume all round by an absolute mile. And Shoma's soft glitter outpolled all but the various firsts and in ladies the second! 'Tisn't only the Japanese public who like the men to brighten up the rink :cool14:

Most of the first placements were not really a surprise, I am finding the relative places below first to be rather interesting. And so nice that Jason did well.

I would've been happy to see Kevin Aymoz get Season's Rising Star, but I can't argue Rika getting the win on that.

I still would give Best Music to Kevin Aymoz.

I think I agree with 95% of the result. Looks like my taste is generally in line with most of GS.

And Eunsoo nickname is squirtle?

Didn't expect Kaori's 3Lo to win best jump :eek:hwell:

I expected it, but rather than the SP, I like the FS one better, where it was right in the accent of the music at nationals - my favorite moment of all ladies event this year.

Outside of one or two people who just can't take sparkles, I have only seen general praise of Yuzu's Origina costume and a lot of Shoma's costume this season both here and on other fashion blogs that writes about FS costumes.

Agree with most, and there's no non deserving ones among here (even if I had a few others first myself, these would still have been second or third on my own list).

Personally, I'm absolutely in love with Mai's costume this season and sad that I didn't get to see it more often in competition.

I am a little surprised with Elizabet Tursynbaeva winning in the Biggest Surprise category. I was quite sure that would go to Evgenia Medvedeva's 2018/19 saga. And I am very happy that Fear and Gibson's choreographic slide was considered the best one. It was simply brilliant.

I'm honestly not that surprised. At the beginning of the season, nobody thought that Elizabet would do a quad sal in competition and medal at 4CC/worlds, especially considering she got 12th/11th respectively at those events in the 17-18 season.
