There are those one off programs by great skaters which are odd and have them falling over and over again. I can think of:
Yuna Kim 2009 SA FS
Katelyn Osmond 2015 SC FS
Nathan Chen 2018 OLY SP
Anna Pogarilaya

Any other programs?

Yuzuru was also obviously very injured (it was after the horrible collision with Yan Han), hence the bandage on his head.

Boyang Jin at Worlds 2018, five falls in FS and probably the highest deduction (–9). Heartbreaking.

During the early quad era Alexi Urmanov was known to sometimes land 4T and crash almost all the rest of his jumps. Four falls I remember, not sure if more happened.

Not quite, but every jumping pass may as well have been a fall. She twirled on two landings, fell three times, & substituted two easier combos. It broke my heart to watch it again, especially seeing her reaction!

Pogorilaya's FS in Worlds 2017 was one of the most heartbreaking to watch... 3 falls and other errors too.

It should be obviously pointed out that while these skaters have had terrible performances, every one of the skaters mentioned so far has won World/Olympic medals, which goes to show a bad day happens to even the best of them.

It seems "Winter" is one of the leading programs, when people start to talk about the best programs ever, but after the Goodwill Games somebody was saying to Tarasova, that this program was awful, that Yagudin needed another one

Yuna fell only once in the SA program. Yes her other jumps were messy but not falls.

I think it looks bad because of the low score (111)
But yes it isn't visually a disaster (though the nbc commentator said that it was a disaster). It's more UR calls that gave her that low score.

It probably sounds weird but I like her falls . I mean a skater often looks miserable when falling while Stasya's falls are very elegant.

This one was really uncharacteristic, for anybody . And she got no deduction: SP JWC 2018.
