Hi skaters/skating fans!
Everyone seems so worked up about the competition happening these few days and about how Alyona and Alina haven't skated "clean" and about Alina's deduction etc.
Let's just take a minute to stop worrying and just breathe. I often get stressed about this sort of thing and I know doing mindfulness seems very stupid [emoji13] but I actually think it helps
So in a minute, stop reading this post and just close your eyes, and breathe slowly and deeply. Focus only on the present and if your mind starts to wander, bring it back to focus on your breathing. Count on every breath and when you get to ten, start again at one
This seems very weird and stupid I know lol but just try it and see if it makes you feel any better
