She's been competing as a singles skater.

Moriguchi is too old for Juniors now, so they didn't have much of a choice but to split.

Saw this video of Carpenter / Maravilla at the cancer event of Scott Hamilton, and their connection has improved so much compared to nationals. I don't know if this is a new program or just a show program, but it certainly is an improvement over their baby tango program.
