The Americans had ZERO say about FRENCH quarantine requirements. To suggest that American skaters were responsible for the French restrictions on Russia is despicable.

And you can bet that if they make total score the criterion for the JGPF, the 5 Russian women at Krasnoyarsk alone will fill most of the JGPF spots. All that would be needed is a Russian TC and lots of former SSR judges to crank up those TES and PCS scores.
