Let's Nominate Tessa and Scott for The Order of Canada Medal

Thank you Tessa and Scott for delivering that beautifully skated final program that came from deep within your hearts. You already won our hearts with that magnificent performance. You don't need another Gold Olympic medal to validate that skate, it was awesome. Instead let's nominate Tessa and Scott for something more lasting and more meaningful to all Canadians: the Order of Canada Medal. Anyone can win an Olympic medal, but the Order of Canada medal is reserved for special achievements and for me that was all stated right there on the ice in that superlative free skate that will live on in our memories long after the Olympic Flame is doused in Sochi. Well-done Scott and Tessa!

I'd wholeheartedly agree. If someone like Conrad Black can get the honour (though he was removed, to be fair), I'd say V/M's OoC entry is long overdue.
