No doubt about Shoma's being the best overall, esp. PCS. The question is how he could have +6 in TES to Petrov with a low 3A and a shaky 3Lz.

Nope. It was Sota Yamamoto, who was leading after short program in JGPF and his score was 76.14. Shoma Uno was second with 75.21.
