I find this to be one of the most original programs format reasons but mainly how she fuses a classical approach with a modern twist. And to think the modern part is the StSeq which is maybe the most classical aspect of FS. I've loved this program all season and I consider this program a work of art.

I agree. Evgenia's freeskate in the Russian Junior Nationals is fabulous. She's my favorite skater currently competing with Mao out. She is elegant, musical. flexible, subtle, nostalgic, with a flair for modern dance and classical refinement, beautiful air position with picturesque symmetrical revolutions, erect posture and wonderful ballerina-in-the-music-box poses with her overhead tanos that she varies between her solo jumps and the first and second in combination. I feel that her tanos are by far the most beautiful. Exquisite lines and extensions especially with her flowing arm movements, nice delay during the Biellmann with her free foot held near her head before extending all the way up. She reminds me of Mao in her soulfulness, musicality, fluidity and the way she constantly creates picturesque positions, but she has her own unique composite of styles.

My soul rejoices when I look through Evgenia's and Serafima's Instagram pages. How they support, congratulate and quite often friendly pin up each other. At such moment you start reflecting - as there is a wish that all competitors were the same as these two girls. That they are just happy with each other despite the ranking and scored points. And God grant to them to keep such relations as it is possible more long.

The figure skater Medvedeva told that the victory on JW isn't her cherished dream
The winner of the junior Final of the Grand Prix the Russian figure skater Evgenia Medvedeva declared to the R-Sport agency that doesn't dream of a victory in the junior World Cup and she will accept any result on this tournament, but she will do everything possible for achievement of a maximum.
Medvedeva in the current season is the unconditional leader of the junior Russian national team - she won the Grand Prix Final among juniors, became the bronze prize-winner of the adult championship of Russia. Also Medvedeva became the winner of the championship of Russia among juniors and she was selected to the Junior Worlds.
"I won't tell that the victory at the JW is a cherished dream for me, it is just a next event. If I'll win - well, if I won't - nothing's terrible - it means it has to be. I won't jump above the head, but I shall make everything in my power", - told Medvedeva.
"On the JrNats I didn't worry at all, but I'm very glad that I could win the tournament. I wouldn't tell that it was simple - the girls don't allow to relax, constantly I feel the competition from their party", - the skater added.

Evgenia has a really good attitude towards Junior Worlds. She isn't letting her success go to her head. She is staying focused on the job that lies ahead. I wish her all the best.
