So the default order would be Weaver/Poje first, Hawayek/Baker second, and then I could see either Soucisse/Firus or Smart/Diaz taking bronze.

NO! Hawayek y Baker are my favorite Ice Dancers now that the Shibutanis are gone. I was so looking forward to seeing them at the Autumn Classic. Really enjoyed their performance at the last 4 Continents.

So this is presumably Weaver/Poje for gold, and then Soucisse/Firus and Smart/Diaz battling it out for the other two spots.

WeaPos, that's fantastic!!! I thought they skip the entire first half of the season. Glad to see them. I fancy Soucisse/Firus for silver and will be shouting for Molly Lanaghan/Razgulajevs and Smart/Diaz to do very well.

Zhuoming Sun is a personal favourite. He is very committed to his performance. I love him skating to Single Ladies with Song.

I will be rooting for Weaver/Poje, Soucisse/Firus and Wang and Liu to win medals here (with H/B out). I might root for Smart and Diaz if they don't assault all my sensibilities with a FD like Natural Woman/Man's world like last year.

I'm going to root for W/P, S/F and W/L to win medals here.

My personal favourite man Sun (his single ladies commitment was the best thing about 4CC 2017) and his new partner will have my attention.

I'm not rooting for Smart and Diaz until I see their FD. If it is anything like Man's World/Natural Woman FD last year I'm taking my things and going home.

What happened to Carreira/Ponomarenko? Did they withdraw?

Were they ever entered? The USFSA page listed Hawayek/Baker as WD from Autumn Classic, but doesn't list C/P at all. They were at US Classic last weekend and are listed for Nebelhorn next weekend.
