Can lace bite be treated with ice or heat?

Does it matter which? It feels like heat would feel good, but ice would lower inflammation?

(This is my first time getting lace bite, and I know I tied them too tight at the time. Just suffering the consequences of my own actions )

ice it. Also, start wearing bunga pads when you skate.

Ice, rest and ankle gels/Bunga pads for skating. Try not to skate too much at first and aggravate it.
