Chloe Panetta (born 29 July 2003 in Montreal, Canada) and Kieran Thrasher (born 2 May 2004, in Windsor, Canada) are a pairs team representing Canada.
They are the 2022 JGP Czech Skate silver medalists and the 2021 and 2022 John Nicks Pairs Challenge junior champions. They have qualified to the 2022-23 JGPF.
They are coached by Bruno Marcotte and Brian Shales.
Chloe previously skated with Steven Lapointe and Benjamin Mimar.
