Liza is recovering from the flu which she got after attending Rostelecom (as a spectator), so not surprising that she's not going all out in practice. She posted a picture just a few days ago, saying "Help!" because she was still not feeling well.

Maybe she's still trying the 3axel, and that's what "Help!" means (because she just can't help herself) but also maybe not. I hope returning to the old LP brings her some luck, but it also might not (it wasn't a fav program of hers). Her 3lutz is magnificent and I'd love to see a big comeback for her this season.

I'd also love any Ashley news!
