List of Entries: http://skating.by/wp-content/uploads/Spisok_uchastnikov_05_avg_correct.pdf
Live stream, Day 1: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tfpz3iTSJ5w
The most notable entries are Lebedev, Milyukov, Puzanov in Senior men, Romashova and Safonova in Senior ladies, Kisel in junior ladies.
Besides there will be three Senior pairs: Lukashevich/Stepanov, Varentsova/Bushlanov (both switched from Russia) and Gorina/Gresko.
Oleg Vasiliev, who coaches in Belarus, mentioned in his recent interview that there were some entries from Russia in upcoming Belorussian competitions (and from other bordering countries like Ukraine, Latvia) so hoping for some interesting stuff in the future.
P.S. I was not able to find competition schedule so far.
