I got into a LOT of trouble for posting this last time, and here I am doing it again, since I have too much time on my hands and I apparently like it when people scream at me. :laugh2:
I did it for the top 12 ladies, using that nifty scoring sheet from last year that someone posted for us to use. I have no idea how to determine levels, so I just used the ones the actual judges gave each lady.
I'll post them by starting order, and post my standings after.
For reference, here are the real protocols.

Anyway, enjoy reading, and let the ranting and berating begin.

Carolina Kostner - ITA.
Real score: 32.44/33.89 | 66.33
My score: 32.83/34.00 | 66.83
My scoring sheet: https://snag.gy/YGhuIS.jpg

I scored Carolina very similar to the judges- each technical element was almost identically scored. I gave her higher scores than the judges for SS and TR but lower for CH and INT, since I'm not a big fan of this program and what it does for her skating. Overall the PCS score worked out to be very similar.

Wakaba Higuchi - JPN.
Real score: 36.84/29.03 | 65.87
My score: 38.80/30.76 | 69.56
My scoring sheet: https://snag.gy/BU4eDA.jpg

I thought Wakaba was underscored on both sides of the equation. I gave her slightly higher GOEs on her spins, and the judges gave her flip negative GOEs (presumably for lack of steps) while I stayed closer to zero. I did think her edge was questionable, so I gave her a !. The judges gave her low 7's for components, but i went higher and gave her mid to high 7's- I thought her program was sophisticated and well-interpreted. The total difference worked out to about 4 points.

Kaetlyn Osmond - CAN.
Real score: 41.23/34.75 | 75.98
My score: 39.81/35.92 | 75.73
My scoring sheet: https://snag.gy/4njuLq.jpg

Kaetlyn deserved high GOEs for every element, and I went right with the judges in giving her lots of points for quality. However, she has a sketchy lutz edge, and though it was difficult to tell from the camera angle, I gave her a ! and stuck with mostly zero GOE, explaining the tech difference. I think Kaetlyn is the class of the field in PCS- fast, powerful, and fully engaged in the performance. To me, it's the short program of the season. I gave her high 8's for SS and TR and pushed her over 9 for PE, CH, and INT. Overall, the total segment score worked out to be around the same.

Dabin Choi - KOR.
Real score: 35.46/27.70 | 62.66
My score: 37.64/27.12 | 64.76
My scoring sheet: https://snag.gy/kKTAWr.jpg

I must have been in a good mood when I judged Dabin, because I gave her higher GOE's than the judges for nearly every element. The judges went negative on her flip (steps again?) and I gave her +1's across the board, which is a large part of the difference. Her PCS is fair, since I think she has the weakest presentation/skating skills among the top skaters and deserves no more than high 6's. She also looked especially slow going after Kaetlyn.

Karen Chen - USA.
Real score: 38.35/31.63 | 69.98
My score: 36.62/31.76 | 68.38
My scoring sheet: https://snag.gy/RS9HQm.jpg

Karen's opening triple toe was, to me, undoubtedly underrotated and I marked it as such in the protocol. The judges, however, disagreed. I made up somewhat for the difference by giving her higher GOEs on spins than the judges did- I don't think they rewarded her enough for her incredible speed. I gave her similar PCS to the judges, and went over 8.00 for PE, CH, and IN. It's a lovely program for her (she holds the spiral!) and even with the underrotation she deserves a high score.

Elizabet Tursynbaeva - KAZ.
Real score: 36.65/28.83 | 65.48
My score: 36.96/28.28 | 65.24
My scoring sheet: https://snag.gy/2Pd0c8.jpg

I was in agreement with the judges for pretty much everything for Elizabet- the GOEs were almost identical for all elements and I gave her similar PCS- right around 7, for all five categories. I think Elizabet was judged very fairly for what she put out.

Evgenia Medvedeva - RUS.
Real score: 42.10/36.91 | 79.01
My score: 41.18/35.12 | 76.30
My scoring sheet: https://snag.gy/68tJpF.jpg

Technically, I gave Evgenia high GOEs for all elements, but slightly more moderate than the judges. The judges were nearly all +3 for her step sequence, and I was slightly more moderate. I actually gave her higher GOE for her loop than the judges did- I thought it was so easy and fluid. I like this program for her and gave her high 8's for components, which is still considerably lower than the judges, who went with low to mid 9's. The slight differences here and there add up to 2-3 points in total.

Gabby Daleman - CAN.
Real score: 39.19/33.00 | 72.19
My score: 38.83/33.64 | 72.47
My scoring sheet: https://snag.gy/RbEaHc.jpg

If there were ever +4's, I would give them all to Gabby for her 3T+3T. I gave her slightly lower GOEs than the judges for her spins, which is why the tech score is slightly lower. I gave Gabby higher SS than the judges, because she skates so fast and big, and also gave her higher IN because she seemed so invested in the program. Overall, the differences worked out to less than half a point in changes.

Ashley Wagner - USA.

Real score: 35.27/33.77 | 69.04
My score: 32.92/34.20 | 67.12
My scoring sheet: https://snag.gy/zMLJ29.jpg

The only reason my tech score is lower is because I gave Ashley an underrotation on her toe. It was VERY CLOSE- I looked at it over and over again before calling it, but it really could go the other way- it's not an easy one to call. I agreed with the judges on her SS and TR- the transitions are lacking in this program and she isn't a particularly fast skater. She looked especially small going after Daleman. However, her CH and IN scores were too low- she is one of the best interpreters in the field and really got the crowd moving to her skate.

Maria Sotskova - RUS.
Real score: 38.14/31.62 | 69.76
My score: 38.90/29.36 | 68.26
My scoring sheet: https://snag.gy/cZKCF6.jpg

I gave Maria slightly higher GOEs than the judges did on a couple of elements, including her 3F and CCoSp4, which is why the tech score is a bit higher. I gave her more than two points below the judges in terms of PCS, because while her skating skills are ok, I find her program generic and boring. I didn't see much interpretation and lots of musical accents that were missed entirely. I gave her mid to low 7's, and this accounts for the difference in total score.

Rika Hongo - JPN.

Real score: 31.45/31.10 | 62.55
My score: 32.46/29.88 | 62.34
My scoring sheet: https://snag.gy/JU0e9x.jpg

The biggest difference in tech score is because I gave Rika's 3F positive GOEs and the judges gave it negative GOEs (steps again?). The other technical elements were scored the same, including the underrotation on her combo. I gave Rika slightly lower component scores than the judges- I like her interpretation and commitment to the program, but I find her skating slower and a bit laboured compared to others. I went with mid 7's, while the judges went with high 7's.

Anna Pogorilaya - RUS.
Real score: 37.21/34.31 | 71.53
My score: 38.16/34.40 | 72.56
My scoring sheet: https://snag.gy/v9nsj2.jpg

The only major difference here again comes from the judging of the solo jump- I gave Anna's 3Lo +1/+2, but the judges gave it negative GOEs. Again, I think the difference is in the steps, which I'm not really sure how to judge. I gave her very similar component scores- mid to high 8's. I think the program suits her and she lets it go after her jumps are finished.

My standings (real standing, real score):
1. Evgenia Medvedeva 76.30 (1, 79.01)
2. Kaetlyn Osmond 75.73 (2, 75.98)
3. Anna Pogorilaya 72.56 (4, 71.53)
4. Gabby Daleman 72.47 (3, 72.19)
5. Wakaba Higuchi 69.56 (9, 65.87)
6. Karen Chen 68.38 (5, 69.98)
7. Maria Sotskova 68.26 (6, 69.76)
8. Ashley Wagner 67.12 (7, 69.04)
9. Carolina Kostner 66.83 (8, 66.33)
10. Elizabet Tursynbaeva 65.24 (10, 65.48)
11. Dabin Choi 64.76 (11, 62.66)
12. Rika Hongo 62.34 (12, 62.55)

GOOD LUCK TO ALL LADIES TOMORROW! :yahoo:

You should change your abbreviation for Japan and use JPN as the short form, the one you're using has an ugly history as a slur.

This is amazing work! I really enjoy this fantasy scoring and the detail. Unfortunately I feel asleep after Zijun skated, so I need to catch up on the top skaters for the SP. When I watch them, I'm going to have an extra window open to this :)

Are you going to do this scoring for the free skate too?
