it would be nice if anyone could post what the sp music is - although it might be difficult considering the audio/blocking problem on youtube...
and what are the next competitions where we could see her?

Her SP's music is "Memorial" by Michael Nyman.
Her next competitions will be NRW Trophy (Nov 30 - Dec 4) and then Italian Nationals (Dec 14-17).

Giada won bronze at Italian Nationals! Her total score 175.74 (59.59 + 116.15)

I like her skating very much: what a pity for the jumps, though. She really need to fix this problem, maybe with the help of some specialist (I do not know if in her coaching team there is anyone),

It is such a pity.. I guess she is fully aware of her problems but maybe it is a lack of funding prevents her working with a specialist? Couldn't Carolina take her to Mishin with her? :)

SP: Eyes Wide Shut (S. Kubrick), choreo by Edoardo De Bernardis
FS: Talk to Her (P. Almodovar), choreo by Andrea Vaturi

:love: much better than last year's choices. We should get some interesting choreo on those music. Can't wait.

Quite daring choice of music, I love it and she seems to thrive on those near silences. I found a lot of her movements reminded me of her Red Violin program which I loved so it's definitely not a complaint. I hope she could be at Euros this year to see this SD with more mileage and a better camera work.

i actully liked her last season's music better - but that's just because i thought last season's music was brilliant. i like this season's, too, though - giada's music is always on point imo. very inspired steps and that ending is lovely. she's so unconventional in the best way possible. would also love to see her at euros but not sure if that's possible... can't wait to see her new lp.

edit: i think her spins were a bit better in the past. somewhat labored this time...

Agreed!

I love love LOVE that stsq and how she uses the choreo & music there!

Does anybody know whether she's assigned to any senior Bs later on this autumn?
