Sihyeong Lee (Hangul: 이시형 ), born December 15, 2000 in Seoul, South Korea, is a South Korean figure skater. He is currently coached by Hyungkyung Choi.

In his Korean name, his family name is Lee, and you will see his name in some articles as Lee Si-hyeong. Sihyeong Lee is the name on his ISU biography.

Lee is a five-time South Korean national medalist (bronze in 2017 and 2019, silver in 2020, 2021, and 2022).
