I noticed Lucas and Kao will compete at both Gensan (Aug 11-14) and Kinoshita (Aug 11-12) as well. Those skaters competing at both events will have very busy days going back and forth between Kyoto and Shiga, which takes 1.5 hours by train with transfers one way. Perhaps Kinoshita Academy charters a mini bus for their skaters and coaches.

Thank you so much for posting SP Start Orders for Gensan Summer Cup and Kinoshita Trophy!
I'm planning on watching both livestreams (as much as possible) and hoping to capture some performances to share
I'm also going to attempt to follow Kanto Summer Trophy and West Japan Middle & Grade School Competition (08.13~16)
Not many well known skaters participating in Kanto Summer Trophy but a good amount of notable competitors scheduled for West Japan
I'd be happy to post more info and SP start orders for both events if you weren't already planning to do it

According to the schedule to the competition: https://www.jsfresults.com/local/2023-2024/fs/26/519/attach/26_519_2_20230723234257.pdf (in Japanese),
there will be no competition for pairs or ice dance, but a team of sr. ice dance, a team of jr. pair and sr. pair respectively are invited to perform by the end of the competition (Aug 12th, after the Sr. women's FS, starting at around 16:00pm local time).
