Hi! I have been stretching quite intensively (about 30 min a day) for about a year now. I got my splits, but I keep having issues with pike fold. The problem is that I keep having a sharp pain behind my knees and can’t stretch my hamstrings.
I started looking into it a few weeks back and thought the issue was tight sciatic nerve, however the exercises that were supposed to resolve this, didn’t help. Does anyone know what the problem is and how I can solve it?
