I'll try to explain why Sakamoto it's not yet qualified but almost there.
Kaori's score is 24, with 2nd-3rd and 411.32 points overall. Those 411.32 are a lot.

Overcome her it's possible with placements alone, but unlikely. Kihira need to be only 3rd-4th, with Konstantinova 2nd and one of the other three as the winner.
With Medvedeva 2nd, the tie breaker will be the score, but she need 213,42 points for surpass also her. If Medvedeva will score that much and more, Mihara and Tennel can end the event over her ?

Without an abnormal combination, Kaori will be on the final.
