reverse parking is the best :) you can always cheat though by driving across the parking stall to the next one so it looks like you did it reverse if you see what i mean :)

in this case, patrick clearly didn't drive through the grass though... the blue bmw? omg... i hope that's not shibs sibs :)

Haha, actually, the blue BMW belongs to the picture poster, Tim McKernan, who is a coach at Arctic Edge. On his Instagram he posted a picture of Alex Shibutani's blue BMW, where he parked straight this time:

uh-oh, I think the shibs sibs are in trouble with Marina. She does not look happy. :scard7: .
And I think Pchiddy scored some brownie points! :)

See above. Your photochan is hilarious, but Marina is mad at her fellow coach Tim McKernan, not the Shib Sibs. They park straight!

Do you know, that Mishin offered Patrick help with 3A, but Patrick didn't agree?)))

Yeees, I have similar reaction, when know about it XD
It was in Mishin's last interview. Last season he went to Patrick and offered to help with 3A, but Patrick still don't say anything.

Well, I believe, that he desided so, cause now he hasn't problem with it ^___^

Why did/do you think Mishin would be the best coach for Patrick, Ayara?

Could you tell us more about that interview, maybe translating the part about Patrick?

I think that Mishin would be good technical coach for Patrick. In truth I don't like Mishin, but he is really good coach, he's fantactic as a technical specialist.
It's not a secret, that Patrick has problem with jumps, especially with 3A. And I don't see anything scary if Patrick would work with Mishin several days/week. I don't know how is Oleg Epstein good, as a coach, but I would like to see Patrick's program with not only a beautiful slip, but with strong jumps. That's all

Okay, I later bring it there, but he talk about Patrick a very little

" - On Friday it became known that the three-time world champion Patrick Chan will to train to Marina Zueva, who working generally with dancers. You were surprised by this news?

I respect deeply to Zueva. I think, she will give to the divine skill of Chan even more powerful art advantage. And in general I observed in last season how Chan suffers with the 3axel, I approached him and said to him:: "Patrick, take three lessons with me, And I will train you in this jump." He does well the quad , and I could fix 3A.

And what, he didn't take them?

-Not yet."

I am happy Patrick is at a stage of knowing himself, his needs and desires, and having the confidence to go with such self knowledge.

Being the CEO of Patrick Inc. means he hires experts and people smarter than himself but he is the decision maker. He needs little tweaks here and there technically and some insights now and then to improve on his already great skills, knowledge and performances. At any level but especially his when he seeks perfection, it's the little adjustments, mental or physical, that would make all the difference. He doesn't and shouldn't need a new system which may have worked well for others. And then he also has to consider overall effect of the system or the small changes on the whole performance.

I respect and trust that he knows Mishin is not right for him, whether technically or because of the general approach to skating and training. (I don't think Mishin is right for him either but that's not important.)

I can't wait either. His usual birthday gift to me is the Japan Open, but I will take Finlandia this year. However, I'm not about to judge and postulate how his performances or his jumps will be for the season based on this early event, especially if he debuts the 4S. He would be testing these programs and maybe the new quad in competition, tweaking and adjusting as he goes. I hope he will do his best at Worlds, instead of peaking at the Nationals.

Not sure he would have his costumes ready yet. I hope they are custom designs rather than off the rack.

VB : he peaked at 4CC :) not nationals :)

also, off the rack costumes are so sexy :) makes patrick look like just a normal person you would see on the streets haha which is more attractive to me than seeing some sort of prince like outfit from the medieval era... wait,.... that won't happen with patrick on the beatles and eric's piece ;)

since finlandia is only a couple weeks away... let's play a game :)

colour theme for costumes prediction game

SP : Black

LP: light grey.

I wonder if Mishin is trolling or joking... or he did say that.

i would prefer patrick doesn't go with mishin and solves his issues with his current team.

i don't want mishin to go around and take credit for Patrick's beautiful 3A coming this year ;)
I believe he did and that it was very nice of him.

You know with Mishin I've always wondered like: "Did he really say that? Did he really mean that?"
You know Mishin and his talk of Plushy coming back to competition. :palmf:
But yeah, I agree that it is very nice of Mishin. I know that he has expressed his admiration towards Patrick's skills many times in Russian press.

I am agreed, I not doubt that mishin likes Patrick´s skills (and who does not?) but I have the feeling that he would train him only for his advertising and he would spend the year talking about how magnificent your 3A just because he trains him.
