Nam skating for himself today. Much better fight than yesterday.

Nam was a little boy when I met him and his father during JGP event in Istanbul ten years ago. Such a bright young man he is now.

Camden does have his technical issues, but you need to give it to him, he is entertaining to watch in any case. His determination makes up for a lot.

Something about him is beautiful and I enjoy watching him skate despite mishaps. All I can say.. detractors feel free to have at it.

He has always had lovely carriage, just inconsistent jumps.

Nam is making a strong case for himself for the Olympic spot with that skate. Yes, he's messy and inconsistent with a bad SP here, but he's also had some really good skates and is more consistent than Roman. He's had issues with training I think, which explains the pops, and he did land his 3As and 4S.

Well that was definitely the strongest skate we've seen from Nam this season so now it's up to Roman to give him a fight, if he doesn't deliver at Rostelecom I have to think Canada will give Nam the 2nd spot even if Roman is 2nd at Nationals and Nam is 3rd (especially considering Roman won Nationals one year and they *still* didn't send him to worlds).

I just wish I enjoyed Nam's skating as much as Roman's, but hey fair play to him since my fave can't skate clean to save his life.
