UK to US skating levels translation

Just wanted to say, this is purely hypothetical as I'm still a beginner at the moment ^^

If a figure skater passed the BIS learn to skate and continued to do most of the National skills (I know there's an array, but just generally) how would that translate if they moved to the US? I know that there are moves in the field tests– though I think they changed the name of it– so would they need to start at the very beginning with that or get launched a little further due to the National tests? (I guess it is in the name that they're national though so it wouldn't surprise me if not.)
