Why this program?
Why this costume?

It’s just guess.
Did Shoma skate for Gleikhengauz’s mother?
Was it possible!?
I heard Russian people often give flowers to ladies. (Look at his costume)
Daniel was coming to Japan with Alina and Alexandra.
But if it was a reason, why Shoma forgot some choreograph?

He said another one would be ex number in the future.

According to SkatingFinland Sho’s FS music is Dancing on my own + a song called Your last kiss by Karl Hugo. I’m assuming that’s the name of that instrumental part that took us by surprise. I really like how they mixed these two.

It seems that sometimes when his team helped skaters and/or choreographers to arrange their music, he gives his own title to the new composition. Maybe "Your Last Kiss" is the title of the arrangement of DOMO prepared by Karl. Either way, it's a beautiful title <3

I'm a bit surprised since I know Mathieu is also doing costumes for Rock The Rink (Tessa Virtue/Scott Moir tour) and Battle of the Blades, so I thought he was busy. And I didn't think Shoma had the time to visit Montreal during the off-season! Apparently they worked it out somehow :luv17:

Speaking of costumes, this would appear to be the white shirt Sho was wearing at CaoI. Gulp, I show 271,700¥ is about $2,500 USD. Whoever chose the shirt has expensive taste.

It’s a report about CaOI, but not so many comments.
I thought Shoma skated Great Spirit and I looked forward to seeing it.
So I was very surprised to see his warm up when Alina was performing.
I could see him in green top and blue bottom like Moonlight Sonata costume.
I’ve never thought he skated See You Again and I remember Saitama Worlds Gala.
Same place, same program.
I missed Great Spirit again.
But there must be a reason only Shoma knows.

See You Again was really good, but I couldn’t concentrate,

But I really enjoyed encore Great Spirit.
Shoma was totally different person who performed DOMO.
He was so powerful and attracted everyone.

I'd forgotten how much I love Sho's butterfly move from This Town. Wish he had done it more than twice in the program. Such good memories! The first time he skated it was at 4CC in 2017, and I remember falling in love with it immediately.

Actually you're right on time, because Shoma's ISU official profile just got updated for this 2019/2020 season, as updated by dramasocks above:

Like his official profile said, Shoma's competitive programs this year are both new! He's using "Great Spirit" by Armin Van Buuren as his SP, choreographed by Shae-Lynn Bourne. David Wilson choreographed his FS, and it's to "Dancing On My Own" as performed by Calum Scott with additional music track arranged by Karl Hugo titled "Your Last Kiss".

Technically "Great Spirit" isn't a new program for Shoma, he's been using it as his exhibition program last season and worked with Shae-Lynn to turn it into a competitive SP. Shoma said during the off-season that he's not planning to change his SP layout from last season, but his planned layout for Finlandia Trophy hasn't been published yet.

I liked his previous costumes more for GS, but hey, he can skate in the plain white tee shirt, and I will cry happy tears anyhow. Good luck Shoma, and let’s shoo all the gremlins away from his music. Fingers crossed I can find Finlandia on a certain utube. I am dying to see both programs in competition format!
