2018 Nationals TV Schedule

Here is the schedule: http://www.usfsa.org/events?id=84206 ALL EVENTS WILL BE BROADCASTED LIVE. All times on that site is ET.

One quick question, I know that the ladies free was tape delayed last year. Is that going to be the same this year? I think not because the Nationals is on the West Coast, but I’m not totally sure. Thanks!

my mom will be happy - she'll be standing with her nose to the tv trying to see me *facepalm*

It sort of depends on your area. Here in the mountain time zone everything is tape delayed even if it is shown live. The local stations delay everything by one hour because of the local news. You have to figure out when the actual competition time is and then see when your local station does the broadcast - and then do the math.

Will anyone stream practices? Ice Network did that last year (was it for Nationals or Worlds?) and except for focusing on one skater at a time (rather than show the entire ice surface and letting us decide who to follow), when the feed worked it was nice.

Rats I wish there was free live stream for the skating not televised, like there is in Canada. I'm afraid as a Canadian I'll be able to watch only the senior FS's on NBC. As for Icenetwork, it may not be blocked this time, but the cost wouldn't be worth it with most other events being Geo Blocked. Ok, I'll stop complaining now, lol.

Do you have NBC Sports Channel NBCSN on your cable provider? If so, there will be quite a lot available.

Are there usually "rogue" Youtube streams for Sr events at US nationals? For us who don't have Ice Network nor are in the US?

As I can see, the men's free program will be shown live on NBC SN.... and this network is not available outside of the US... The Men's FP is the ONLY event of the upcoming weekend that won't be shown on the regular NBC channel (excluding the short programs). It's a shame because, as a Canadian, I won't be able to follow this very exciting event, that is (by the way), way more interesting than the pairs and the ice dance (and both will be shown on the regular NBC). Why the men?! It's the olympic season and I want to follow everything. I'll be able to follow the short programs because I am registered to icenetwork. Why can't the whole Men's FP event be shown on icenetwork while also being shown on NBC SN like they will do for the SP's anyway? Big shame to them for not promoting this outside the US! It's frustrating because for so many years I've been able to follow everything while being in Canada. :(

That said, if anybody here knows a way for me to watch the men's FP on Saturday without the NBC SN channel or if anybody finds another live streaming online, please let me know! I would appreciate it a lot. Thank you so much!

Thanks Doris, but unfortunately this is a US only channel as far as I know. I do get NBC so Friday night I'll be watching with bells on!

For some areas NBC is showing a football game instead. I can't even find Men's FP live on my tv yet, although I think it's going to be in NBCSN, as it says TBA on the schedule.
