The April issue of Skating magazine has an article about the off-ice training programs of the 2015 U.S. champions.
A recurring theme is injury prevention.
The article has only one page of text (page 43), but I found it interesting. (The preceding page has nice competition photos.)
A paragraph in the first person is devoted to each of the six champs: Scimeca separate from Knierim; Chock separate from Bates; plus Brown and Wagner.
