I believe the Chesapeake Open has competitions in all disciplines, but it is most significantly the first major event in the U.S. ice dance season. (Held in conjunction with U.S. Dance Camp).
Sylvia was kind enough to post the full entry list in the Kiss & Cry over on FSU. You can find most of the names by clicking on "coaches" on the site linked above and then going in to various dance coaches/singles coaches on the site. Though some are private.
Essentially, there are 21 junior dance teams signed up for the Chesapeake Open, including #s 2,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,11, and 13 from last year's U.S. Junior Nationals. Also #s 1,5,7,9 and 11 from last year's U.S. Novice Nationals, now moving up to juniors.
If anyone has specific questions about current novices & below, just let me know.
Aldridge & Eaton are signed up for the SD in seniors. The Reynolds and Monaghan & Fourati are signed up for both portions of the senior event.
