I normally don't like techno versions of classical music.

But when it's Marilena, I don't care!!!

It's not often one of my kids gets invited to a Gala, so I'm going to make the most of it!

She truly was a Swan on the frozen Lake.

I was angry when they cut away to show a shot of the audience in the middle of the programme. But, when they came back, she was getting up off the ice. So, maybe it was a good thing.

I wonder what is in the goody bag she was handed at the end...

So did I.

As you know, I have been playing catch-up all afternoon. I had just watched the podium ceremonies, and noticed the stream was still on air. So, I pressed the "Live" button, and found a synchro team on skating.

It was just pure luck that I found it.

What was in the care package all the skaters got?

They are all Stars!! audience really got involved.. and so appreciative!! Just caught the end of Jimmy Ma.. Lots of fun!!

Well, now we have it confirmed. It was a cameraman we had.

Because when the skaters were doing their running towards the audience holding hands at the end, he made sure to get a good shot of Liza Shanaeva's chest!

I thought at the time when Liza and Devid were doing their programme that she was showing too much cleavage. And that shot confirmed it!

It was actually a fun programme. It was an "Umbrella" programme, and Liza came on carrying an umbrella (closed). It was an an awful cover at the start, but then half-way through it switched to Rihanna's original.

The umbrella was carried around for the first half, but then got discarded. And then at the end, Liza picked it up again, and opened it. And I thought "Oh, no! Don't open it indoors. It'll bring bad luck!"

Well, now we know what the bad luck was! Getting ogled!

As always, the locals come out to support their synchro team. Good for them.

Jimmy Ma and the Party Rock Anthem (even grammy knows that one), so cute. But cameraman, I want to see Jimmy, and not the synchro team (I presume) dancing.

That was something that was really angering me, that throughout the Gala they kept showing shots of the audience during the programmes.

Sure, show the crowds in between the programmes. But not during them!!!
