Kimmy has confirmed her withdraw at her ig, injury is the reason.

Andreas may be replaced by Valtter Virtanen who had good skate at Denis Ten memorial and Andreas's spot was probably a host one. This is just a guess, but I don't see any reason not to give him the spot as he turned back to singles.

I would be fine with that but I don't know the rules really. At this point, does it have to be from the replacement list ? Of course, my favourite option would be : go Conrad ;)

Host spot can be confirmed by a local skater, as last season Emmi Peltonen withdraw just before the event because she had covid and Janna Jyrkinen was called a day before. Janna was not at the replacement list as she competed in juniors the season before.

Yeah but here the host spot went to the international pool... That's the difference so I am not sure what the rules are then... At the same time, with Finland only having one man in the event, they should be allowed to bring Doctor Spin... We will find out soon enough :)

In any case, Virtanen is on the replacement list so they could probably do it either way and I don't see why they won't :)

And women's open spot may go to Kurakova, if she does not have another spot yet, as she is the first one on the replacement list #Jontor

She already has 2 spots. :) She is competing in China this week.
Thanks. I haven't watched much other lists. But I copied some skaters from the list but this is updated in September, so there maybe some who already has two stops.

2. Ava Marie Ziegler USA 186.76 has one spot
3. Seoyeon Ji KOR 184.14
5. Lara Naki Gutmann ITA 178.43 has one spot
6. Lea Serna FRA 177.72 has one spot
7. Rino Matsuike JPN 176.52 has one spot
8. Maé-Bérénice Méité FRA 175.68 has one spot
9. Hanna Harrell USA 175.55
10. Lindsay van Zundert NED 174.81 has one spot

I removed those who was marked to have two spots and Sarina Joos because of country change. So probably some of these skaters will get the spot.

There is a comprehensive list in the general info about gps. I think Lea got a second spot too

Thanks, I hadn't noticed it. So my next guess is either Ava Marie Ziegler or Lorine Schildt.

What's interesting, both Ziegler and Seoyeon Ji are assigned for Warsaw Cup happening the same week as GP Espoo. I wonder if there will be a switch for one of them...or someone else grabs the GP spot.
