No, that person is saying that Nathan's 4F has been so good until recently, and is hoping for its return.

I think most likely Nathan is recovering from his jet lag. This is why I say the Japan cheesefest competitions can't be taken too seriously because the foreign skaters have so little time to adjust to the time difference.

He is landing the 4F at least. I hope he can pull it together for the FS. Makes sense not to risk it in the SP though, so I'm glad he took it out.

He’s done them before, but yesterday he had better control and movement in his arms/wrists. I was super impressed - and seriously could watch the entire program only for his arms and wrists :luv17:

Wonder if all that recent piano playing helped with greater awareness of them :p

It seemed like there were a few more details added to the Caravan choreo, or maybe he emphasized them more this time.

This is a video taken by Fuji TV of Nathan arriving at the rink before the SP along with Yuki and Jason Brown. It's geo blocked so I uploaded to my google drive. You can see him walk by Raf and barely acknowledge him. LOL
