I WISH Zhenya and the ShibSibs were at the event, just to raise morales errors/performance wise
My top 5:
1) H/D SD - they are going to challenge for US Champs this year!
2) V/M SD - I was iffy on this one, but now they've convinced me.
3) D/R FS - nice to see them back in form and Meagan smiling so much!
4) Jason's FS - hate the blue onesie, but he's so amazing to watch.
5) Ashley's FS - I'm liking MR 3.0 even with the missed second combo. This program fits Ashley like a glove.
Also liked James/Cipres's programs and seeing Marin Honda fight back in the FS. Honorable mentions to Courtney Hicks for almost making the podium here.

definitely a memorable GP in my opinion, particularly due to so strong Ice Dance competition and so many amazing performances there (my Ice Dance heart sings happily
)
- most re-watched already? Top 3 in Ice Dance, both programs, all teams did magnificently in my book, Tessa/Scott, Kaitlyn/Andrew and Madison/Zach proved that they are all fantastic; I'm particularly happy to see all their programs' growth and improvement. Highlights? Kaitlyn's and Madison's SD dresses, Tessa's SD body action, Scott's SD costume, Tessa/Scott pattern SD execution and non-touch step sequence, Madison/Zach's final spin and partial step sequence, Kaitlyn/Andrew sensual vibe of the dance, Tessa/Scott FD lifts and twizzles musicality, Madison/Zach's flow of the FD, Kaitlyn/Andrew's rawness and drama of FD;
- Jason's both programs - just sublime to watch and so easy to get lost into
- Patrick's SP - time just flew with the music, there is something so nostalgic and melancholic in that SP, his movement and fluidity of transitioning is beyond outstanding
- Kaetlyn's SP - a crowd-pleaser with such magnificent, elegant vibe in it
- Kaitlin/Jean-Luc FD - still one of the best programs ever conceptually-wise, so matching to their aesthetic, finally they were more 'loosened up' and lost in the moment which created an amazing performance
- Meagan/Eric FS - overall, they are probably the biggest 're-discovery' for me after SC: the program felt so electric and focused, I love that they are not afraid of being so powerfully athletic and confident about their way of expression. But the biggest revelation was their EX to 'Heroes' - it was like some new quality of performance as a whole for me, a proof that they can create a sublime, entrancing moment by their skating, not only succeeding with big elements
ETA - forgot to add Vanessa and Morgan - they are getting better and better for me with impact of their programs, I love their intricacy, uniqueness, musicality of movement and the fact that Vanessa is always having time of her life performing

In no particular order:
1) Tessa and Scott's pattern and their overall skating and presentation
2) James and Cipres oozing style and sensuality
3) Kaetlyn's short--she did that!
4) Laurine's hands and style
5) Jason's lines and footwork in his free
Honorable mention: Zach during the FD K&C. More of that please

V/M everything - both programs, the new FD costumes, the Tragically Hip EX, Scott saying "Look at that boy sparkle" watching himself in the Sd. Just everything

Totally agree with this, and I'm saying this as a huge fan of the Shibs! H & D have amazing chemistry. (We need a sizzling smiley!) H & D were on my flight this morning, and I had a chance to congratulate Maddie and tell her how amazing they were. She was really beaming and said thank you. Told her I can't wait to see them at Nats...She is so sweet and looks so different without all her performance make up.
