Its all I see on our local news....something about Gonzagaians or something. Fast forward.....

Gonzagaians? Sounds like characters in an old horror movie. The Gonzagaians Who Ate Toronto.:eek::rofl:
Gonzaga University is located in Spokane, Washington. Some years they do fairly well in basketball. They are still in this year's tournament, and in fact play again today. The other reason they made the news now is because of a politician's disparaging comments, which are completely false and have nothing to do with basketball. (Thanks to my dad and Google for this information).

I must say, I have never heard people who attend Gonzaga or their fans referred to as "Gonzagaians." That's a new one for me. ;) Usually people use a university's mascot as shorthand, like "The Bulldogs won the game." You're right; Gonzagaians does sound like a scifi/horror/space alien name.

You forgot that the Utah b ball ladies team was put up in a real nice Idaho resort 35 min. away where they had to endure racial surs...twice. The FBI is now involved. Somehow 100 people couldnt catch the license plate numbers of the two trucks yelling terrible things.... https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CVUwb7TBZaU

Sorry....not a b ball fan........the idiot politician is holding his ground, btw.

  • When i decided be judge and no just be a simple spectator, be involved more.
  • When sent claims to cable tv provider because changed ESPN for another signal of that channel and won't broadcast figure skating any longer and unique answer was "because are in LATAM the ESPN signal changed and the TV programs are for Latin American taste." ( Bad decision)
  • Have the cellphone calendar with a lot of figure skating championships with its days and time and wondering. If there's YouTube Livestream and if time allows watch it. .
  • Or when Half of the Instagram of YouTube feed the 50% are suggested figure skating videos or Instagram.

When you keep hearing songs that you think would be fun group numbers for ice shows. Most recent find for it: "I'm Just a Kid" by Simple Plan.

...when you are looking through the folder that you keep the Word documents for your Fan Fest threads in, and realise that you have 18 OP's (some completed, others currently being worked on) that still have to be uploaded. A few of which have been ready since last summer!

And one of the things that is holding up posting them is that you are having a massive debate with yourself over what order to upload 15 of these posts in. These 15 posts involve a group of skaters whose careers are inter-connected (that's why there are so many posts. There are individual OP's, and partnership OP's). And I want the addresses of the posts to be in a logical order. But I can't decide what the most logical order is! :drama:

I know, I am thinking too much into this. But, that's me! That's what I do! I obsess over little things that most sensible people don't even notice.

Post them alphabetically by surname, or the first surname if it's a partnership, just to get them all on here. By the time you've got them all posted they'll have sorted themselves out. You could put what librarians and indexers (like me) call a "See" reference in the Random Confessions section: For XY, see my fan fest for AB/XY.

If they've split, you can also make a post for him under his own name, including the information for them as a couple, or put a "See also" reference sending readers back to the couple. But leave those fiddly clean-up details for later, after you've posted the main fest entries. If anyone even notices, they can always comment asking where so-and-so is.

Hasty addition: When I said "if anyone even notices" I meant noticing that skater X's years partnered with skater B are missing and asking you about that in the comments. I didn't mean that nobody notices the fan fests and all the work you put into them :console:! I could have phrased that much better!:slink:
