If we're being shallow, do people really find Cizeron so hot? I mean with that neck? His body has a weird disportion because of the neck. Can't overlook it for me.

Anyway, back to the program, the whole thing is quite boring, nothing pops really. I'm not buying it's a winner.

Well I find Cizeron really handsome and I don't mind the long neck, I have a quite long neck myself too but I also think that the deep cut shirt today is not the most flattering look I've seen from him. Let's see tomorrow.

I'm not much into P/C short dance as of now, and I also don't like Gabriella's costume on a shallow note, but the stationary life is really nice! Maybe this will change with time, as always their skating is great!

Cizeron is completely not my type either:laugh:
I'm all for Poje, Nikita or Alex Shib

I'm all for Andrew Poje! Guillame is sublime ice dancer, but completely not my type. From Frenchies there is no one more handsome than Brian Joubert :luv17: Nikita was never my type, but look wise Elena has compliemented him better than Viktoria does, they're too much alike. I can see what others my see in him or Guillame tough. Alex Shib is not bad either, he has something in him

okay. I hardly consider myself an expert but I always thought Platov should get all the medals for putting up with the drama.

That's true. If not medals, at least beatified. I'm sorry no top teams are training with him currently that I know of. I'm sure he would be patient and full of good advice.

Hubbell and Donohue's problem is not music cuts. Their dance choreography nonexistent, they are relying on ''faces''. For example watch from twizzles to lift and to stop point. What they are doing? Special hip hop dance moves? No. Forget hip hop, are they doing difficult but completely ''unhiphop'' ice dance moves to show skating quality? Just wow to judges? No. Are they skating with music, following tempo? No. What they are doing is faces and arm moving and two foot open easy skating, mostly not even skating, just moving. It is not going to work even If they change music cuts.

I have noticed many people would, no matter what sex they are lol. I just don't get it. I don't find him hot at all. But it would be boring if everybody had the same taste :)

If you think taste is wacky with skating fans, it ain't nothing compared to Sexual Chemistry.

Just sayin'...

I am confused Madi and Zach are doing just fine. In fact a bit lucky that the Canadians had a horrible skate and the Russians didn't pass them too. Great team and skates from p/c crown them world champs - over marked but the judges love them.I really do like Cizeron but i don't think he is the best male ice dancer very good and p robably the best dancer (not necessarily ice dancer) his bodh type and moves like a real dancer but that doesn't mean ice dancer. He has as one poster said an amazing soft look about it but not so strong looking in otherr skates. But p/c skate programs that highlight their strenghts whereas V/M and other will try other stuff thaat may not be as compleentary. The FRench are very smart competitors.

Really, really smart . Don't know them, but surely their president, federation and coaches are smart, very smart.

I didn't like P/C's music/choreography. But they are great skaters and make it enjoyable even if it's not my type of program. I'm really looking forward to seeing their FS. Until now, V/M are still my favorites. :)

Not having dance choreography is dependent on the 27 music cuts because having so many cuts makes it impossible to choreograph to. The cuts are constantly changing and you can't put anything to that choreo-wise other than random moves. Changing the music cuts should mean a change in choreography since choreography is supposed to be done to the specific piece of music being used.

:laugh2: That's another competition and he still does hold the OGM for that also. And by the way, I loved Oksana. THE DIVA!;)

Two OGM's to be precise lol. You love Oksana which one? The "good" Oksana or the "bad " Oksana - remember Ms.Gritschuk saying she had to change her name to Pasha because she is so passionate and did not want to be mixed up with the bad, evil, horrible Oksana Baiul - the orphan waif who in her no name dress which had feathers to cover for her growth who got badly injured by the German girl who jumps in the opposite direction who was then picked off the ice by diva Katarina witt with injries to her back and back of legwho had some alcohol struggles later on against the American princess in her $12000 Vera Wang who got whacked on the knee by the former husband of the real bad girl Tonya Harding and co porn stars? oh the 90's. what do we have now. Animae Hanyu and his pooh bears; Evgenia and her love of Sailor Moon , another animae dude named Kevin Reynolds whose hair looked like it loss the battle with a weed eater and the new male skater look of wear what's in your closet screw Vera Wang and Christian LAboutin, Givenchy and Armani.

Adding the standard reminder for everyone that any comparison of scores from different comps should be taken a grain of salt.

V/M at Skate Canada:
For those who will rush to add that V/M skated on home soil, of course the same is true for P/C.

P/C were clearly robbed here. They should have been closer to 83. And Cizeron is way better than Dean. Dean doesn't have anything close to Cizeron's dance talent.

Do you think 78 is low for them? :laugh2:

Okay I think it is time to add Mr. Cizeron to the list of uber pumped up, liked with vocal fans for whatever reason - talent, looks, those photos on the internet whatever. I still thin there is a difference between dancer and ice dancer and he definitely is a dancer. amazing. A good argument can be made that while they should be first people remember Guillame isn't the only skater being marked on this team. Remember Gabs folks she is not quite at the level of Guillame and that shows. So really they may have been overmared a couple of pts. He reminds me though more proportionate not so lanky of a former skater named Emanual Sandu who definitely was a dancer first before a skater.

Is a new personal best is low for them...?They were clearly overscored, because it's France.

They weren't overscored because it is in France; they were overscored because maybe they are forgetting we are judging a team not one skater and remember this is ice dance not dance. they were overscored because in many that aren't all that despite what All That thinks. nothing personal - they are another really good ice dance team but not all that. Maybe they have some this and that but not all that.

They didn't really hit their levels most of the time last season. I mean they regularly had level 3 or sometimes even lower on one or both step sequences.
But they are certainly improving!

Dima S and Nikita! Nick Buckland ain't bad either. Poje is very handsome indeed, but I still couldn't fancy him.
Anyway, I'm very happy with the I/Z result und totally shocked about Piper & Paul. I would have never expected something like that to happen to them. Well, they're only human...

Gabi was the absolute star of this dance, so the argument that the score is based on Guillaume is completely invalid. He is unbelievable, and the fact that she shines the way she does in this SD proves that she is his equal. But I don't need to promote this team -- the judges do it.

The judges also have them on track to win the Olympic gold. Why are we crying about a 78 here when we'll be seeing 84 at Worlds like we did at French Masters?

Seeing this event made me grateful to have watched Skate Canada live. Now that was good, even for the lower ranked teams.
