Finally! I was checking it earlier today, but I guess people were still sleeping in USA My wish of Han Yan being there turn out to be true! Too bad there's no Zijun Li and no Tobias/Tkachenko... Btw. It's the first time for Han Yan to compete in Challenger ever :shocked: I guess Chinese Fed took advantage of him trianing in US right now. And there's his older brother in headcasing Michal! So good for me :hap93:

Tickets will be at the door. Sometimes it's better to pay by the day - sometimes all-event - depends on how many days you go. I don't remember the price but it's like $30.00 for the whole thing.

This is a very low key event. The seats are bleachers - bring something soft to sit on. There are 2 rinks - you can stand at the top of one and look into the other or just open a door and walk back and forth. There's a small refreshment stand, free parking etc. I think walking 7 times around the top of the rink equals a mile - there used to be a little plaque that said, but I haven't been able to find it recently.

Looks like this will be an exciting event! I especially can't wait for the senior intl. debuts of Paige Rydberg and Emily Chan, Satoko's awesome new FS, Mariah's even awesomer SP #thebestest , Karen Chen's new programs, #smolelizabet, Kim/Kam 2.0, and Thomas/Eaton.

(So, basically everything.)

Discussing last year's US Classic here on Le Forum was a lot of fun (don't know why, but that has been one of my favorite forum experiences to date :agree, so I hope to repeat the fun this year! Everyone is invited-bring your sense of humor for a lovely evening of skating! Here's a better time schedule - Still no novice and juniors list. I don't think we got one last year and had to go by the results sheets on the wall. I would be very surprised with Le were there as it's usually "under the radar" skaters.

IIRC, my first knowledge of last year's Challenge Skate entries were the starting orders on the IN leaderboard page.
The 2016 leaderboard page for Challenge Skate is up, but with no real content yet.

I know that your objective has been to get the Challenge Skate entry list before the competition started ... and that nothing has been available.
