K/S may not be my favourite pair, but I can't help but love Alexander Smirnov personality. Yuko is a very lucky woman to have a partner like that

male partner just stands near and pretends he is the important one, makes a good looking move, smiles and waves

Some ppl like Petrov for example has that thing Imo it has to do with thin skin

yay Goda & Nikita are awesome Alex will do them very good as their co-coach! They have awesome lifts!

There's no news on a retirement. But Yuko's injury is serious, and it will take time to heal. Meanwhile, it's good he's keeping busy.

I don't know if I was blinded by his outfit as well as his students', or if it was because of the hair down.... but it took me a couple minutes to realise it was Alexander, I totally didn't expect to see him in Boston...any I thought he looked great! I admire people who don't care about 'fashion' and wear what they like. I really hope we'll see more of him and Yuko on competitive ice but it will be tough:sad21:
