Interesting, a Japanese skater using music from a Korean period piece drama. The soundtrack is good though, This song was quite popular. If they're going for the instrumental tracks I wish they'd use This lovely song titled "Longing withers" (translated, it's 그리움 지고 in Korean. 그리움 is translated as 'longing, yearning' or 'nostalgia', but it encompasses all those and a bit more, so not the easiest word to translate). I need more Haegeum music in FS.

I seem to remember the composer is against his music being cut up for things like skating programs. Kevin Reynolds got some sort of cease and desist notice and had to change his Ni no Kuni program, while Yuzuru Hanyu had to seek out special permission for Hope and Legacy.

The musician who made the soundtrack for these movies, Joe Hisaishi, is very particular about the edit of his work. Kevin Reynolds was supposed to have a free skate set to music by him but had issues with getting permission and had to drop it. Yuzuru also had to go through multiple cuts to get approval for the music of his Hope & Legacy FS. This could be one of the reasons.

But there was this program set to Princess Mononoke's soundtrack.
