Back upstairs with breakfast (Lucky Charms with milk, and blueberries on the side) and COFFEE just in time for the stream to start.

When Ted was doing his intro, one of the skaters was right behind him moving to the beat of whatever was playing in her headphones, then she realized the camera was on him and she stopped and moved away lololol

ETA: So the first warmup starts at 15:30:00 Latvia time (8:30 AM Eastern) and the last skater finishes at 20:49:50 (1:49:50 PM Eastern). Nearly 5.5 hours, eek.

Awwww, Diane of PHI doesn't even turn 14 until the end of September.

This shade of yellowish green looks good with her skin tone.

Oh, nice combo! Stepout of the third part but still.

Nice deep sit spin from Hiu Yaw of HKG towards the end of the program.

(I can't do Play-by-plays because I'm bad at identifying jumps and such, or I would. But I'm trying to find something I like about each skater!)

If I started doing PbPs I would try the SP first for training. There is often too much going on in the FS.

First thing I like about Kim of AZE - her dress.

(Then I got distracted. My mom's in FL and she's trying to coordinate with all of us so that when the storm hits/in the aftermath, she can just contact one person and that person will forward updates to everyone else.)

Aneeta of MAS has another beautiful dress.

I like that combo spin to end the program, though she did end after the music.

Oh, I've tried with SPs too. I can somewhat identify some skills but not enough to really do a play-by-play. Same thing with gymnastics, I can tell types of skills but not more specifics/numbers of rotations.

Oh, Zhansaya is skating to Fantastic Beasts music, nice!

Nice deep sit spin there. Interesting twisty leg variation. Some solid jumps.

Oooh, pretty illusions!

She already upped her PB SP score by nearly 5 points yesterday, good job.

ETA: No new PB FS score, but nice to see she's working on her triples.

Kristin of ISL has a classy looking dress.

The jumps are not there but I'm glad ISL gave her a chance to compete in a competition like this.

LOL Kristina's (GER) dress looks so similar to Kristin's (minus the V-neck, of course). And their names are almost the same too, ha.

Kristina is a lovely skater.

She does look like she's really concentrating hard. And she is tiiiiiiiiiiiired after that skate wow.

ETA: Or maybe she pulled a muscle, like Ted said. That makes sense. She did look unusually wiped, even for FS length.
