I'll get in early and ask if there is a link to a live feed yet. Got the link late last night on the men's SP thread and wonder if it will be the same one tonight? If not has anyone got any more lined up to try?

I know Yuzu has 5 quads planned and I trust him fully (especially with how calm and secure he has been this week!) but I wish he would do 4 quads and two 3A!

Comparing to sp, i oddly feel very calm tonight before fp. Whoever it is, may the best win!!
Hope everyone will succeed!
Nathan- hope you will have a lit perf to redeem yourself a la sochi mao. Fighting!!
Boing2- may your jump soar very high tomorrow!!
Pat- i have love-hate relationship with this guy he3. hope you’ll have a very enjoyable skate flaunting all your gold ss!!
Dima- good luck!!
Shoma- like with dai, i never fully ‘get’ your style, but u r awesome!! Please be awesome too tomorrow, and show them japan’s future is bright!!
Javi- lets end this with a bang!!!
Yuzu- my boy, whatever happen tomorrow, it will never change the fact that you are trully a legend, and that we love you, so very much. Please just enjoy the ice, and be happy!!

I dont know why i’m feeling a bit sad tonight. It’s been years since i’m starting following fs. I feel like after tomorrow, a truly remarkable era will end..with javi and pat impending retirement..
and then yuzu, dunno, but i feel something change after the injury. He felt..oddly calm and floating and free..
And that lone 3A make me rather nervous ^^;;; he wont trying something stupid, right??

I have a feeling that if Yuzuru skates well, Javier will skate bad and if Yuzuru skates bad, Javier will skate well

Please don't kill my revived GPF15 dream podium. I want to believe that they both will avenge their Sochi regrets and finish strong.

After the short last night it appears Yuzu, Javi and Boyang are really on their top form, at their peak condition so to speak.

I can see Boyang on the podium if he skate clean tonight like at 4C. I believe his TES basemark is higher than Javi and maybe Yuzu? So he has a potential to even pass Javi.

Yuzu has to BOMB not to get the GOLD tonight. Unlikely, but nothing is final till the competition is over.

What a masterpiece that was last night!

Love Javi, though clean it was still CORNY to me...

Hope Nathan has a rebound tonight. No shot at the podium. It will take a miracle... But miracle do happen!

Here's what I hope:

1.Nathan Chen skates very well and ends up in the top 10.
2. Misha Ge skates very well and ends up in the top 10.
3. Adam Rippon skates very well and holds on to 7th place, maybe 6th.
4. Patrick Chan skates very well and leaves competitive skating with a standing O
5. The podium is gold Fernandez, silver Hanyu and bronze Uno

I would love to see Nathan, but I will have to cheer for him in my sleep, because waking up at 5a.m for days has really drained me and I really cannot wake up any earlier for the first second group. This damn schedule for europeans. I will be cheering for him in my sleep and will join for 2 last groups.

I really like all of the top skaters in this event so I have no real preferences or prejudice going in. I can’t imagine a podium that would upset me. I do however think Yuzu is in a really good place. Not only the lead but the expectations aren’t going to weigh on him like they could for others. He’s already proven himself and I honestly believe the most pressure he is going to feel will be of his own making. Its hard for me to think he’d be devastated if he makes a mistake but at the same time he seems fueled by the pursuit of achieving the most perfect performance he can. That subconscious freedom can actually help an athlete to reach new levels. Anything can happen though so we’ll have to wait to and see.

Good luck to all!
