I'm not a fan of programs full of quads since I need to feel something when I watch a performance and, for this reason and many others, I don't agree with the new direction this sport has taken but, in my opinion, a third type of quad is what he needs if he wants to stay competitive in the long run...
It's clear that he's not a Fed's dear anymore and with the pressure of Shun and Yuma he can't rely anymore on the PCS he deserves and that they're not giving him (see Yuma and Kazuki PCS difference at Nationals ); so training the quad loop can only be good for him.
