This is a can of worms. Because it all depends on whether you distinguish Challenger Series competitions from other Senior B's.

If you do, then yes this is her first ISU competition.

She has actually competed in a Major Championship before, the Asian Games in February. But it isn't organised by the ISU.

Depends if she was fully rotated and PCS I guess. Judges don't usually give her any kind of candy.
