Well, I've caught scattered bits and pieces of the competition as a whole, so I can't compare to the other skaters, but I confess I find Dima's program to be pretty empty besides the jumps, including his expression. I'm sure he's nervous, but that was kind of a nailbiter to watch.
That must have been a nerve-wrecking wait. It's sweet to see him so happy and emotional.

Edit: Omg they showed Aliev's reaction in the replay and he's nearly in tears. It's making me emotional too.
I think they got the podium right. Aliev had the total package, his teammate had all the clean jumps, and Cha was total package with an error. World's will be interesting.
I'm sounding like a hater with how often I say this but... why is samarin even getting pcs near aliev and cha? (Lol better ss than cjh, ok). It's already tragic that torgashev gets lower pcs than him.
