Usually the ISU council meets during Worlds championships, but I can't find the traditional "Decisions of the ISU council" communication.
Always good to see new members, Vietnam is holding a national championship since 2 or 3 years, Chile has an ice hockey team... For Peru I don't know!
By the way, I wonder when Portugal will be back to ISU.
I found this article about the ice sports situation in Portugal. As of october 2017, there were no ice rinks in this country, but the interviewed ice hockey players were hoping that one rink will be built in Lisboa. Portugal is the only european country without any olympic-sized ice rink. The country was an ISU member until 2006 when the only ice rink closed, but they only sent to competitions one Italy-based girl (with probable portuguese roots).
