Yeah, I've always found him gawky but thought I was the only one on the forum... *dodges tomatoes*They are strong but don't seem to skate with much speed and he is sort of gawky. That fall was so freaky and unfortunate.
Never read the YouTube comments! They are shocking!I thought y'all are salty, but that's because I hadn't read what other Brazilians say. The Youtube chat is, ahem, interesting...
As if your opinion of James/Radford is an earthshaking big deal of any enormous consequence. Collisions in practice happen. There was no intention on the part of either pair for this to occur. J/R were at the very edge of the rink, not blindly moving around in center pathways. Skaters don't have eyes in the sides or backs of their heads. With the speeds they reach, accidents such as this can happen in a split second w/o a lot of warning. There is absolutely no need to make more out of it than necessary. And definitely, there's no need to assign blame to either team.New costume for Vanessa! Back to the onesie look. Glad she looks uninjured, although the collision footage didn't do anything to elevate my opinion of J/R as a pair.
3/3?How can you have such a bad fall and still be six points ahead of Japan, who only had tiny bobbles? Ugh.

Team Japan could run a clinic for the rest of the world on basic skating skills. Such terrific speed, flow, ice coverage and deep knees and edges.
Because their tech score had already passed the Japanese before that last lift, and the fall was on the dismount so they still got a bit for it even with the fall deductions. How can you have such a bad fall and still be six points ahead of Japan, who only had tiny bobbles? Ugh.
Their technical base value is the highest of any team in the pairs events; that‘s how.How can you have such a bad fall and still be six points ahead of Japan, who only had tiny bobbles? Ugh.
