No. Last year her Lutz was fine.

That call seemed extremely harsh. Even in the slow motion I couldn't see an edge change, maybe a flat edge at worst.
Keeping up with this thread is like homework, but it keeps me SO PUMPED!!
Besides EVERYBODY.. who is everyone's favorite US Lady? The one(s) you're really rooting for?!
The tech controller was pretty harsh today. A lot of people got !, e, and < calls that were suprising.
Has there been a replacement assigned to fill Karen’s spot at US Classic?? Isn’t the competition in about 2 weeks?
Is Gracie ready? I'd love to see her get another event.
Michael Hopfes (Mexico) is the assistant tech spec at JGP Linz. I seem to recall that he is a generous dispenser of carrots (<) and edge calls (!,e). Nearly every lady got a 'gift' from him, so I wouldn't worry too much about Ting's flutz.
I'm already cringing thinking about the freeskate---if the SP was any indication, the FS will look like a carrot patch.
I think Ting should get a second JGP spot based on the first half of her LP here. The more she can practice competing, the better. She has potential/talent that no other US junior does, I think. The quality of her jumps and spins are excellent. Needs more practice competing and better SS.
Based on what we’re seeing so far from both the Russians, South Koreans, and Japanese on the JGP circuit this season, Alysa Liu (bless her) is going to need a lot of polish to make a splash next year. The quality of the competition is undeniable. It’s not just the BV and levels - it’s the GOEs and the choreography and performances too.
Hanna has been replaced by Gabriella Izzo for unknown reasons
