I feel so bad for Lazukin. They were never going to let him beat the Samarin-Kovtun-Kolyada trio, were they?

Indeed, I hope he doesn't end up getting Sergei'd - He can never get the proper respect.

Poor Aliev got dropped like a hot potato this season. A PCS bonus wouldn't have saved him here, I know, but his scores were suspiciously low even on the Grand Prix.

Aliev is still likely to make the final flight here, though. And I’m not sure he was dropped... his programmes really don’t do him many favours, and he hasn’t managed two clean skates. If he’d done a damn waxel, he could have won Lombardia, or at least come very close.

I hope Artur doesn’t go for the 3Lz-3F. It was cool the first time, but between that and the “4A” attempt, it’s like he’s becoming the king of gimmicks.

His 4T was under rotated i think (and combo looked suspicious in that regard). His scores would be higher otherwise
