First alternate Australia

*Russian skaters may or may not be allowed to compete as a team, due to the IOC ban. Should they not be allowed to compete, the first alternate, Australia would be the final team, or if Spain's pair team qualified (unlikely) Korea would still be in.

*Israel has not qualified for the Ladies individual event. They can use the “additional athlete quota” (see paragraph 2 below) to complete their Team.

*Republic of Korea has not qualified for the Pair Skating individual events. They can use the “additional athlete quota” (see paragraph 2 below) to complete their Team.

* Spain has not qualified for the Ladies and Pair Skating individual events. Consequently, they are not considered as a Team. However should a late replacement be made (ESP is 2nd stand-by in Pairs), the Team would qualify and therefore the last team currently qualified, Team 11, Republic of Korea (KOR) would no longer be qualified for the Team Event.

I'm not sure, I understand. There will be events in the same time? So not everything will be broadcasted?

I believe teams must submit rosters the morning of the competition. I imagine most won't do so until then. The prevailing thought seems to be that teams will skate their #1's in the SP.

I find the second day of Team Competition the most interesting. The SP's wrap up with Dance and Ladies, and then the pairs skate their Free Programs.

Depending on how tight the competition is, some pairs may be on "hot standby" waiting to see if their team makes the cut for the FP.
