Yeah, it's weird, they keep showing replays when the next skater starts his run-through, so we keep missing the beginnings.
Yeah, Mariiii is probably right with it being rehearsal for the film crew as well.

They are probably paying the appropriate rights' holders. Though I remember at least a couple of videos getting a copyright strike even on the ISU JGP channel.

The channel admin is saying they are getting taken down for copyright strikes and this has never happened before.

Well last year they muted the sound in between programs and during the warmups and that seemed to stop the copyright strikes.the stream got suspended for copyright
