Andrea Tuba broke the metatarsal bone according to ISU judge Michela Cesaro (who is doing the commentary on Eurosport along with Massimiliano Ambesi)

Kasinskii hasn't got the release from Bosnia Fed yet. ISU granted them the chances to compete in domestic competitions.
Cesaro saying that Bosnia first asked too many money for the release. Presidents of the two Feds are in contact. They are hoping for the release being granted in the next couple of months.

It seems from the score that Lara has come back with her best free skate of the season. If only she could be consistent, she would have the potential to go so much further...

Looking at the protocols, it wasn't too bad actually. Seemingly some messy landings and lost some spin levels, and thus has a pretty low BV (Lara and Sarina's BVs are over 61, while Anna's is just below 55), but one of her better Free Skates overall.

Ghilardi/Ambrosini wins by 1.7 points
Rebecca fell on the 3S as usual.
Matteo fell on the 3T and B/G missed the combo. Also problems in one lift which only got Level 2.

First National win for G/A.

I see Lara popped her flip... it's a pity though not even the domestic judges give this program the scores it deserves. I like both her programs this season so much, but their originality and complexity does not get rewarded in the composition score at all.

I agree but she does herself zero favors by making major mistakes EVERY single time she skates the program.

There were quite a lot of boos from the audience after Pezzetta's score was announced.

Was hoping for a Frangi win as the small field was wide open for him and I prefer him to Memola. Corey is now a first time national senior medalist. Good for him. He had never achieved that when skating for Canada.

To be honest, boos from the audience don't have to mean too much. Anna is a very magnetic and talented skated, very popular too. Small mistakes that might not make much impact on the audience can still impact scores quite heavily.

Seeing how the judges gave her -1 at worst for a jump combination with a three-turn in between the jumps, and positive GOEs for sticky landings and spins that travelled quite a bit, I'm not seeing any reason to complain. I've not seen the other skates, but comparing her skate to the scores, I wouldn't say she was underscored. I even find myself surprisingly agreeing with the PCS scores - High for skating skills, but low for presentation.

As I said, it was not a meltdown, it was actually pretty good for her, particularly under the pressure of being in first after the Short, but it was not a clean skate either.
