Sad story! Like many stories, there is much more than meets the eye here and its probably none of our business....but it could be. If Canada denided the visa, due to it found a T not crossed or and i not dotted, I see no reason why the Fed and the ISU and SkateCanada could not have asked that the fix be expidited...but no one is talking about the reason in the link. If they dont give one, I call that pretty sad relations between the Gov of Canada and SkateCanada. If the app were just made too late, that is another kettle of fish....let us know if you hear anymore.

I guess Kirill is Russian. If he were a Slovak/EU citizen he wouldn't need a visa for Canada in the first place.
