Forward landing on the 3Lz+2T, slight stiff step-out on the 2T. Nice hydroblading into a clean 2A. Alright sit spin. Ouch, a fall on the 3F, might be <. A bit wobbly and uncentered in the flying spin. Fairly slow in the step sequence in the second half. Final combo spin felt all over the place as well.

Just a bit sloppy everywhere. I don't think the heavy EDM music in the second half really matches his costume or attitude.

Only a 3T+3T, popped open the attempted 4T but still clean. Good 3A, right into a a rather tight flying camel spin. Solid 3Lz, slightly reset. Okay positions throughout the combo spin. Interesting series of steps to interpret the remixed section of the music. Nice back entry into the final combo spin.

A fine performance. Won't get a lot of points with that triple nor get that too many extra points in GOE but a program that made sense and showed off his hip-hop style and choreography.

Wonderful 4Lz+3Trippon (3T looks <). Step-out on the 4F, looks under-rotated on first viewing (but didn't by the judges, surprised there). Alright flying camel spin with nice catchfoot position. A bit forward on the 3A. Improved expression and deeper edges through the step sequence. Nice back entry into the spin. Well-centered final combo spin.

A nice skate that should be strong technically even if he gets dinged. I'm glad he was able to express the music better than I've seen before. Better spins and depth of edge as well. That should get him into the third group or deeper for the free.

Ouch, only a 2S so no points on that. Beautiful 3A though, right into a great combo spin with good positions. An alright 3Lz+2T, was looking for a 3T instead. But the spin right after looked a bit tight on the levels. Strong, sensitive footwork sequence and a good butterfly into the back sit spin.

The popped salchow and toe will hurt his base value by quite a bit. He'll lose about 12 points in total with those mistakes, but a very strong 3A. He's not going to be pleased with this effort considering his fans in Korea. Still, wonderful posture, good speed and steps, and nice feeling for the operatic music.

Smooth and secure 3A to open. Clean running edge out of the 3F, might be considering putting the combo in the second half. Nice donut spin. Only a 3Lz+2T, a bit wobbly. Alright flying sit spin. Could have more one-foot skating in the footwork sequence but good variety of steps. A bit of travel in the combo spin.

Not as crisp and pristine as his short program in the team event, but still a clean skate with a bit of downgrade in technical. The opera was a bit overpowering for his smooth and simple style. After Denis Ten, it's just a bit lackluster in expression. However, he does have a good edges and nice attention to the phrasing of the music.

Managed a 3Lz+2T, was looking for a 3T there. Nice side spiral into a clean 2A. Decent spin, nice cantilever and three-turns into the 3Lo. Step sequence could use deeper edges and more speed. Nice butterfly into the flying sit, but a bit slow for him. Good Bielmann position in the last spin but again a little slow for him.

It seems like he lost a bit of energy due to him being just called to the Olympics. The lack of training showed, as he's normally cleaner and faster in his spins. But good for him on a fairly clean skate.

Attempt at 4T, but clearly downgraded as a 3T with a fall. Only a 2A (popped) with knee on the landing, might count as a fall. Okay sit spin. Ouch only a 2Lz (invalid) at an attempted 3Lz rippon with a fall. Completed combo spin. Some good drama actually in the step sequence, and an alright combo spin at the end.

That's a nightmare skate. All of the jumps just went terribly wrong. Bummer......

Cracking 3A (+3!). Shame on the fall on the 4T, but looks fully rotated. Good center on the first spin. Good speed going into the 3Lz+2T, but a step-out on the 2T and a struggle throughout. Great position and speed through the sit spin. Good power and edgework through the step sequence and a competent combo spin to finish.

Great knee bend and speed across the ice. Lost quite a bit of points on the fall on the 4T and the 3Lz combo with just a 2T. This music does bring out the quality of his edges and his sensitivity. This style actually does suit him, though he could have more facial expression.

Clean 3A with a careful entry. Great ride-out on the 3Lz. Decent camel spin with a catchfoot spin. Hand-down on the 3F+3T, felt tentative going into it. Fairly fast second spin. Step sequence could have more speed but good level changes. Stars into a fairly well-centered combo spin.

This should help him qualify into the free skate. Good job for the first Malaysian Winter Olympian. He's got very simple transitions but very nice flowing arms and good speed.

Clean quad with good-ride out. Very strong 3Lz+3T, smooth and clean. Alright speed in the first spin, slowed down a tad. Touch-down on the other foot on the 3A. Step sequence could fill the rink a bit more, but a very nice pair of spins to end the program.

Kerry should be pleased with that performance given his shaky performances earlier this year. He was certainly focused on the jumps being a bit careful going into them. Just a slight technical hitch on the 3A. I think he could connect with the music a bit more, but he was concentrating on being as clean as possible.
