I have no idea what this move is called since I'm pretty new to the FS world, but when Gordeeva and Grinkov do this:

For some reason it always looks so cool to me

this is something that we no longer see since IJS : back in 6.0 era, jumps didn't have a specific base value and combos or series of multiple jumps were allowed... pairs often did a SBS series of smaller jumps towards the end of their programs... this one is particularly effective as the quality of the jumps and their synchronicity are stellar.
it's a shame really, that the IJS killed such elements

Midori Ito: Triple axel

Tonya Harding: Triple axel (though it probably should be her triple lutz instead), death drop sit spin.

Vanessa James and Morgan Cipres: I don't know the exact name for it, but their free-skate-ending lift into the kneeling pose from both Sound of Silence and Say Something.

Can’t believe no one has mentioned Yuzuru’s hydroblade!
Yuna camel spin is really something we don’t see that often nowadays and when we see it it’s just no good... I wonder why, is it that difficult or people just don’t bother?? Anyway, I’m digressing.
Yuzuru’s hydroblade. That’s what I had to say. Yuzu’s hydroblade is perfection.

Especially the one he does for Haru Yo Koi where he almost kisses the ice.

I do quite like Josh Farris and Adelina Sotnikova's camel grab variations - the flexibility required is crazy.

I also love Jason Brown's catchfoot layback.

Other ones that come to mind:
Caroline Zhang's pearl
Shawn Sawyer's split spin
Yulia Lipnitskaia's Biellmann spin
Bourne and Kraatz hydroblading
